Computacenter Belgium is experiencing an explosive growth and therefore are we looking for an experienced Analyst with HP/Pergrine AssetCenter skills. This professional will provide maintenance (scripting) and support of an existing global worldwide application with several integration points.
Responsibility:
Some responsibilities include:
- Effective supporting of the Peregrine tools/product suite
- Assisting technical people with product implementations
- Creating design, implementation, detailed process and post engagement documentation
The activity of this professional are focussed on:
- HP Peregrine product suite
- Asset Management / Change Management/Approval
- Service Desk
- Proces
- SLA
Requirements:
You are an experienced IT Asset Management Consultant with a strong systems development and process re-engineering background to be responsible for providing on-site enterprise software and process support.
You have strong technical skills and experience with:
- HP/Peregrines
- Connect.It integration services
- PDI or ED desktop discovery
Requirements:
- Proficiency with enterprise IT Asset Management software such as Altiris or Peregrine AssetCenter strongly preferred
- Strong presentation and communication skills is required
- Experience analyzing and optimizing processes is a plus
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalent by experience
- Familiarity with ITIL best practices and processes a plus however no must
- At least 3 years experience supporting applications or administering an environment
- Qualification with at least 2 years practical experience administrating a Help Desk/Service Management product.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Good application testing skills.
- Good MS office skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Good analytical, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills
- Data reconciliation skills
- SQL / Oracle Database skills
