Restatement
of 2004 financial information under IFRS

Computacenter plc, the European IT infrastructure services provider has today published excerpts of its financial statements for 2004, restated in line with International Financial Reporting Standards (‘IFRS’).
This report explains the impact of the adoption of IFRS on the Group’s results, and quantifies the expected impact on 2004 financial information, including the 1 January 2004 balance sheet, previously prepared under UK GAAP.
The Group’s first financial result under IFRS will be its 2005 interims, which are due to be released on 8th September 2005.
